CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value.
• Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival will incur the full period charge.
• Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
• Shortening of stay (early check-out) is subject to the same policy as a cancellation.
• Reservation fee is non-refundable / non-rebookable.
• Room cleaning / change of linens should be done upon guest request until 3:00 PM only.
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in is allowed depending upon room availability.
• Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
• Late check-out is allowed depending upon room availability; however, charges will be applied.
• STRICTLY NO Pets allowed.
